Shoponomics.com is built for managing product feeds and distributing them across multiple sales and advertising channels. It helps ecommerce brands, retailers, and agencies run a multi-channel feed without jumping between tools. These terms exist to keep things clear, safe, and fair for everyone.

1. What the service does

Shoponomics.com centralizes your product feed in one place and pushes it to channels like marketplaces, shopping ads, social ads, and affiliates. It reduces repetitive work and lets you update catalog info like price and stock without editing feeds manually everywhere. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and product data. Shoponomics.com only moves your feed, it does not guarantee results or performance on any channel.

2. Creating an account

To use Shoponomics.com, you must sign up with real business details. Keep your login safe. If someone enters your account and changes something, we will assume access was authorized by you unless you inform us immediately at support@Shoponomics.com. Only users who are legally allowed to run a business tool can create an account here.

3. Plans, billing, upgrades and refunds

Shoponomics.com works on paid subscription plans billed monthly or yearly. Payments happen in advance. If a payment fails, access may stop until dues are cleared. Prices may change in the future, and any change will be communicated. We do not provide refunds for unused time, incorrect feed upload, wrong integration setup, or mid cycle cancellations unless required by law.

Upgrades or downgrades take effect on the next cycle unless stated otherwise. Agencies or high volume stores may receive custom pricing on request.

4. Who owns what

Shoponomics.com owns the platform, features, UI, and brand. You own your catalog, product feed, descriptions, assets, and business data. When you upload your product feed, you allow Shoponomics.com to process it only for feed management and multi channel distribution. Your rights on your catalog stay with you.

Copying or replicating our platform for commercial benefit is not allowed. This includes code copying, feature duplication for resale, platform scraping or cloning.

5. Third party channels and integrations

Shoponomics.com connects with external platforms such as Amazon, Google Shopping, Shopify, Meta, TikTok and others. These platforms have their own guidelines and rules. If a listing gets rejected or an account gets flagged there, the resolution lies between you and that platform. We only move your product feed. We cannot control marketplace reviews, ad approval, CPC outcomes, suspension, or ranking.

If a channel faces downtime or API changes, the sync may pause temporarily. We aim to maintain smooth connectivity and fix issues as they appear.

6. What counts as acceptable use

Use Shoponomics.com responsibly. You cannot upload illegal products, misleading data, unlicensed content, or harmful items. No hacking attempts, scraping, exploiting bugs, or interfering with system security. If any misuse occurs, we may suspend or permanently remove access.

7. Results and performance expectations

Shoponomics.com improves workflow and feed handling. Actual results depend on your product, pricing, competition, demand, campaign setup, market conditions, and channel rules. We do not claim guaranteed sales or ROAS levels. The tool is here to support distribution and management, not replace business strategy.

We try our best to keep the platform running smoothly. Sometimes maintenance or downtime can happen. We work to restore service quickly.

8. Liability

Shoponomics.com is not responsible for revenue loss, failed campaigns, rejected listings, feed issues caused by inaccurate product data, or marketplace decisions. You control catalog quality and final publishing choices. If anything goes wrong because of misuse or violation of rules, you agree not to hold Shoponomics.com liable.

If a dispute ever occurs, the most we can be held responsible for is the subscription amount paid for the previous billing cycle.

9. Cancelling your account

You may cancel any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Your account will remain active until the billing period ends. Payments made already are not refunded for the remaining cycle period.

We can suspend or remove accounts for repeated violations, abusive communication, unpaid invoices, or illegal activity.

10. Privacy and user data

Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The privacy document explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and how you can request removal. Using Shoponomics.com means agreeing to both Terms and the Privacy Policy together.

11. Updates to these terms

We may edit or update these Terms when features change or when required legally. The updated version will be posted here. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
